SOFTWARE ENGINEER · TALLINN, ESTONIA
I build software across the stack, from the interface people use to the systems and infrastructure behind it.

01 / EXPERIENCE
My chapters, from university to the work I do today.
Software engineer
On the Factory team, I work closely with operations to improve the tools and flows behind device processing, with a focus on reliability and observability.
Helped turn AI-based device grading into a factory workflow, and set up Linux machines to run it reliably.
Built hardware prototypes to speed up device setup, plus tools for serial scanning and printing on the factory floor.
Software engineer
Worked on backend systems for public transport with Java, Spring, Hibernate and Kubernetes.
Software developer
Built client web applications across frontend and backend, with clean code, concise tests and pair programming at the center of the work.
I built customer views for energy use and market prices, worked on smart charging that shifts EV charging to cheaper hours, and built Android and iOS apps around the web experience.
I built contract, payment and reporting features for a platform that lets business partners offer financing to their customers.
I built browser automation and data syncing that moved course and enrolment information into a training platform, reducing manual work for staff.
I upgraded a secure payments integration from EBICS 2 to EBICS 3, adapting it to a major change in the banking protocol.
I helped build a service that lets winery visitors save the wines they tasted and order them after the visit.
I worked on a service that lets customers offset the carbon footprint of purchases and see which climate projects their contributions support.
I worked on a pension planner that uses existing savings to show people what retirement income might look like.
BSc, Computer Science
Studied computer science while starting my career in software engineering.
Built and ran five algorithm benchmarks across JavaScript, Rust, C++, AssemblyScript and C# in desktop and Android browsers. The results showed where WebAssembly delivers real speedups, and where JavaScript holds its own.
02 / PROJECTS
A couple of things worth exploring.
I’m building Ampsu to make food logging less of a chore. It knows European barcodes and learns calorie needs from your log and weigh-ins.
A free alternative to Phrase for editing JSON translations and managing changes through GitHub or Bitbucket.
03 / ABOUT
I like understanding how things work all the way down.
That curiosity takes me from product code into Linux, servers and self-hosting. I daily-drive Linux, and Kotlin is still my favourite language.
At work, I’ve built across backend, frontend and infrastructure. Outside it, I keep making things of my own.
